Featuring interviews with community leaders, local residents, advocates, and scholars, A Seat at the Table gives an inside look at the dynamic work of transforming an urban food landscape and promoting equitable development that lifts everyone up.

About the Show
A Seat at the Table: The Healthy Hartford Hub Podcast was developed between January 2022 and May 2023, featuring production work and interviews conducted by undergraduate students in RHET-125: Writing for a Digital World at Trinity College in Hartford, CT, under the direction of Dr. Alex Helberg.
